Site organisers must agree to make an annual donation of at least £50 (GBP) to The Rotary Foundation for use of the facilities. Payment is made to The Rotary Club of Conwy Trust Fund, though Rotary clubs can choose to make the payment direct to The Rotary Foundation.

This contribution should be in addition to others a Rotary club would usually make.
